2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 09.05.2023 passed in A.B.P. Nos. 1663 of 2022 & 1694 of 2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
