2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 208 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 and Section 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act 1961.
3. As per allegation, the marriage of the informant Nisha Kumari was solemnized with Shiv Shankar Kumar on 15.05.2023. After marriage, the accused persons started torturing her for nonfulfillment demand of dowry.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17358 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the alleged victim. They have no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 208 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
