Perused the order dated 08.12.2015 passed by the learned Sub Judge I, Arwal in Title suit No.22 of 2003 whereby the intervention application filed by the purchaser of the suit property during the pendency of the suit has been allowed by the Court below. It is settled principal of law that the purchaser should be added as a party in a suit as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in AIR 2005 SC 2209, therefore, the Court below has rightly allowed the intervention application.

As such I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. Sanjeev/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U
