Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner was apprehended alongwith co-accused on a motorcycle which was said to be a stolen property.

Submission is that the recovery was not shown from possession of the petitioner as per the seizure list. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2018.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18069 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Janata Bazar Police Station Case No.03 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
