Petitioners of both the applications are accused in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017 registered under Sections 395/397 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Therefore, both applications are being heard together and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30535 of 2017 (3) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 disposed of by this order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Kishori Musahar and Dinnath Mushar @ Jhabu Musahar have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 31255 of 2017 respectively. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 22.05.2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.
