Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 353, 307, 120(B) and 128(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal law Amendment Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc.
