JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-02-2015 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant in this Criminal Appeal died on 1.2.2013 during the pendency of this appeal. On earlier occasion, when similar representation was made, we called for a report from the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram. Through his letter dated 23.1.2015, the S.P., Rohtas stated that the appellant died on 1.2.2013 and also enclosed death certificate. In that view of the matter, this appeal is dismissed as abated against the sole appellant.
