Mr. Shantanu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Advocate's Welfare Fund Trustee Committee informed this Court that steps for payment of welfare fund and all the dues have already been taken by the Bihar State Advocate's Welfare Fund Trustee Committee in the bank account of the petitioner in its meeting dated 30.01.2023 and the petitioner has already been communicated by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3781 of 2022(4) dt.03-02-2023 2/2 Secretary, Bihar State Advocate's Welfare Fund Trustee Committee. He further submitted that as the steps have already been taken, the fund will be transferred forthwith in the bank account of the petitioner.

In view of the specific statement made by Mr. Shantanu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Advocate's Welfare Fund Trustee Committee, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Secretary, Bihar State Advocate's Welfare Fund Trustee Committee to ensure payment forthwith in the bank account of the petitioner.
