This is a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. He has been in judicial custody since 29.01.2017. He denies the recovery of the arms from his possession.

Keeping in view of the fact that he is in custody since January, 2017, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
