JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagen Gola P.S.Case No. 75 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of subjecting the daughter of the informant to cruelty with respect to demand of dowry and also of setting her on fire.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she received injury during preparation of food, she is still residing with the petitioner and a compromise has also been reached between the parties.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.12467 of 2019(2) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with daughter of the informant in the court below when the court below shall enquire about compromise between the parties and if it satisfies, petitioner will be released on bail to its own satisfaction otherwise court below is free to pass any order or orders, which will be deem fit and proper.
