JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of selling the land of informant by making forged documents and and of trying to sale another piece of land.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the F.I.R. itself disclosed that the petitioner is agnate of the khatihani land holder and a proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. is also going on and he has been in judicial custody since 14.01.2019 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
