JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kangali P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11 (i) (A) 1 (K) of the Prevention of cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and that the petitioner was found at the site, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
