2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with N.H. Bangara P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120B, 467, 468, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they hatched conspiracy and took Rs. 50,000/- in the name of providing Visa and ticket for Saudi Arab.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and being the relative of co-accused Md. Tanvir he has been falsely implicated in this case. The informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18712 of 2024(2) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 had borrowed some money from Md. Tanvir but did not return the same and filed false case against the petitioner and coaccused. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is delay in filing the complaint petition without any explanation.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with N.H. Bangara P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
