JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 13-04-2017 Heard Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shushil Kumar, learned GP-22, for the State. The petitioner has questioned his order of transfer dated 16.2.2016 whereby he has been transferred from Work Section, Pipra-1 of Work Division, Triveniganj, in the district of Supaul to Work Section, Purnahiya of Work Division, Sheohar, in the district of Sheohar.
It is admitted by Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, that following the order of transfer the petitioner has joined at the new place of posting.
In that view of the matter and taking note of the reasons
Patna High Court CWJC No.3746 of 2016 (2) dt.13-04-2017 assigned by the respondents for effecting transfer, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence to the prayer made. The writ petition is disposed of.
