2. This Court has directed the concerned authority to take necessary steps for ejectment of unauthorized encroachment. The concerned authority proceeded to decide the Encroachment Case on 20.06.2023 and the same is not to the satisfaction of the petitioner. In such an event, there is no question of further proceedings in the contempt petition. Scope of contempt petition is limited to the extent whether the directions of this Court have been complied or not? If the petitioner is not satisfied, he has a remedy elsewhere.
