Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365,302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged against unknown on suspicion of kidnapping of the son of the informant. Later on, his dead body was found. From C.D.R. of the mobile call of the deceased, it was found that he was in talking-term with the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a female having no criminal antecedent and investigation of the case is already complete, coupled with the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner for further detention as

No.23572 of 2021(2) dt.03-08-2021 2/2 undertrial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.421 of 2020 arising out of Beur Police Station Case No.236 of 2017 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
