Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376F of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that the informant is aged about 27 years. The matter is of love affairs with the petitioner and consensual physical relation. The FIR was lodged after the informant became pregnant from the petitioner and the petitioner refused to marry with her. Petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2017.

Submission is that investigation is already complete. No offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code is made out in the facts and circumstances of the case.

No.15537 of 2018 (2) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2018 arising out of Mahila Police Station Case No. 21 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
