Gopalganj,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4322 of 2015(4) dt.23-01-2023 2/3 has committed irregularities and has violated the provisions of Sugarcane Act and resolution of the Government. The grievance of the petitioner is that the number of Weighment Centres, as decided by the respondents, in the locality in the year 2004-05 to 2012-2013 are as follows:- Year No. of purchase centres Total no.

The petitioner has approached this Court contending that out of seventy one Weighment Centres, only 45-50 persons as Sugarcane Weighment Assistant Clerks, Payment Cashier, Weighment Supervisors are deputed. It has also been contented that the Management has removed the name of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4322 of 2015(4) dt.23-01-2023 3/3 petitioner from the list of Weighment Clerk in the year 2011-12. The petitioner has been placed as Langriman from Weighment Clerk.

Learned counsel for the State as well as Vishnu Sugar Mills submit that the grievance of the petitioner has been referred to the Labour Commissioner, Chapra, vide Annexure-2 of the counter affidavit.

In the view of the fact that the matter has already been referred to the Labour Commissioner, Chapra, this writ application has got no merit.
