Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the reasons assigned which led to the dismissal of the application for non-prosecution, the prayer is allowed and the order dated 24.1.2014 passed in Criminal Revision No. 506 of 2012 stands recalled and as a consequence Criminal Revision No. 506 of 2012 is restored to its original file.
