The petitioner is accused in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015, registered under Sections147, 148, 149, 307, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
The accusation is that informant Muni Lal Mahto and one Sujit @ Bandra were crossing the river after cutting the grass in that course, six persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner, started firing indiscriminately upon the informant and Sujit by means of Katta, but only firing made by Bipul Singh and Gudu Singh hit at stomach of Sujit. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that

No.9029 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation that firing made by co-accused Bipul Singh and Gudu Singh hit Sujit. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in three other cases as detailed in para 3 of the petition and due to that reason, he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
