JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 7.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 57268 of 2017.. It has been submitted that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but they could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as they had gone out of State to earn their livelihood.

In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In the event the petitioners surrender in the court below within aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11257 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 period, they will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 7.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 57268 of 2017.

Let this order be communicated to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017.
