The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Marouna P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner as also from the dickey of the motorcycle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 10.11.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct for release of the petitioner, above named, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11923 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 regular bail immediately upon completion of six months' custody i.e. with effeect from 10.11.2018 subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Marouna P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
