Sole grievance of the petitioner is that as per the direction contained in the order dated 02.12.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.20419 of 2013, as contained in Annexure 2, which was withdrawn by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4989 of 2016 dt.27-02-2017 2 / 2 petitioners for moving the competent Tribunal for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners moved before the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur by filing case no. JD 16/2015 vide Annexure 3. However, no decision has been taken till date by the authority.
In above view of the matter, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.11, the Chairman, District Teachers Selection Appellate Tribunal, Vaishali at Hazipur to consider the case filed by the petitioners and pass a reasoned order on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
