2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of his pension, despite authority being issued by the Accountant General.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authority slip was issued by the Accountant General for payment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4034 of 2016 dt.25-05-2017 2/2 his pensionary benefits in July, 2015 but actual payment was not being made forcing him to move this Court in the present writ application.

4. Learned counsel for the State, who has filed counter affidavit, submitted that now payment has also been made to the petitioner in terms of the authority and the same was delayed for the reason that the petitioner had not handed over charge earlier, which he did on 30.07.2016, and thereafter 'No Objection Certificate' was issued in his favour and now payments are being made.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court does not feel that any further interference is required in the matter and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
