The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner is the Panchayat Secretary of the Gonwan Panchayat and he appointed Reeta Devi as teacher on the basis of forged certificates.

Submission is of false implication as the petitioner is not a member of the appointment committee. Only on suspicion, he has been implicated in this false case. Petitioner is suffering in custody since 15.05.2017.

No.25913 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016 subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
