A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 5. Let the same be kept on record. The petitioner has moved the Court for a direction to the respondents to lodge an F.I.R. on the written complaint submitted by her.

From the averments made in the counter affidavit it transpires that based on the written compliant of the petitioner Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 dated

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.223 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 28.05.2015 has been registered for offences punishable under Sections 341/323/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against four named accused persons including the three private respondents in the present writ application. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition having become infructuous stands disposed off. However, the local police shall take all necessary steps as may be deemed necessary to ensure safety and security to the petitioner and her property to which she is entitled under the Constitution and the laws.
