The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of about 195 liters of illicit liquor from the hut of the petitioner which was not having any door.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 11.01.2019.
