JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 03-03-2021 This application has been filed for correcting the Plot No., which has been mentioned in the order dated 29.01.2020, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 1970 of 2020, as Plot No. 235 instead of Plot No. 325.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence and on account of typographical error, Plot No. 235 has wrongly been mentioned, instead of Plot No. 325, in Paragraph No. 1 & 2 of the writ petition, although the correct plot number is Plot No. 325, as is also apparent from Annexure- 1, 2 and 3 to the writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has

Patna High Court MJC No.603 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 got no objection to the aforesaid modification, as sought for by the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the Plot No. mentioned in the main writ petition as also in the order dated 29.01.2020 passed in CWJC No. 1970 of 2020, titled as Mahaveer Prasad Akela @ Mahaveer Akela vs. The State of Bihar & Ors, be read as 'Plot No. 325' instead of Plot No.235. The aforesaid correction shall be deemed to have been made in the order dated 29.01.2020, already uploaded on the website.

Registry to take corrective action at the earliest. Present application stands allowed to the aforesaid extent only.
