JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody since 22.3.2018, seeks bail in Bhagwanpur (Belaon) PS Case No. 21 of 2018 registered under Sections 144, 149, 379, 504 and 506 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the accused persons variously armed came in the way hours and committed theft of paddy bundles worth fifty thousand rupees.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that first cousin of the petitioner and the informant are on litigating terms and with respect to the said land one Second Appeal is pending before the court, petitioner is in custody since 22.3.2018, there are criminal antecedents of two cases which were instituted by the informant side and some of the accused persons have been admitted to anticipatory bail.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances particularly there being general allegation against all the accused out of which few have been admitted to anticipatory bail so the petitioner, namely, Mahendra Singh is also directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23842 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Vth Bhabua (Kaimur) in connection with Bhagwanpur PS Case No. 21 of 2018.
