The petitioner has already superannuated from the services. He had already made a representation before the Respondent no.7 i.e. the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Khagaria but till date, no order has been passed by the Respondent no.7. The petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent no.3, the Director, Minor Irrigation Department,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16540 of 2016 (2) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 Government of Bihar, Patna for the redressal of his grievance within a period of 60 days. The Respondent no.3 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of filing of such representation.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
