JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Manjhi P.S.Case No. 275 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is dispute relating to a shop between both sides and there is case and counter case and corresponding injuries, said to be attributed to the petitioners to injured persons, are simple in nature and petitioners have clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Sukhari Bhagat and Arun Chaurasia @ Arun Bhagat, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount
