The petitioner seeks bail in Moffasil P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent except one case registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code that too on account of land dispute and the same was lodged by his cosharer. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22348 of 2017 (3) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Moffasil P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017.
