The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 245 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 38, 40(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
