The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner no. 3 lodged an F.I.R.,vide Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 237/2019, which is earlier in point of time and the instant case was filed after four

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13706 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 days of the said occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated by the informant to save his skin from the case filed earlier by the petitioners' side. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
