The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 547 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of one loaded country made pistol from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.09.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail

No.7018 of 2018(3) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nath Nagar P.S.
