ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 24.1.2013 passed by the 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sasaram, in Sessions Trial No. 368 of 2011. Perused the FSL report.

On going through the records of the case, I do not find any justification for interference.

The application stands dismissed with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of

Case No. 186 of 2011 arising out of Sessions Trial No. 368 of 2011 to the Superintendent of Police, Sasaram at Rohtas, and the Superintendent of Police, Sasaram at Rohtas is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
