The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Marhaura P.S. Case no. 139 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant and petitioners are full brothers. The informant started a business of tractor agency in the name of the petitioner no. 1 and an agreement was executed. It is submitted that the informant invested Rs. 49,50,000/- in CC Account and the petitioner returned Rs. 46,37,000/- through RTGS on different dates in the name of the informant in which Rs. 3,13,000/- is to be paid. It is further submitted that the case appears rendition

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against petitioners, they in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
