Case No. 59 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 447, 448, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(1)(x)(xi) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Allegation is of commission of assault, to the informant and her husband, along with others as well as commission of abuse by taking caste name.

This appeal has been preferred under Section 14(A)(2) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Considering the facts and circumstances, nature of allegation made against the appellant and the statement of the
