The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 617 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 63 of the Copy Right Act.

Sum and substance of the allegation is that shop owners are selling the duplicate products of Lakme brand of Hindustan Unilever Ltd. FIR was lodged against the proprietors of shops including petitioner's shop.

It is submitted that the name of shop of petitioner has come in this case only on suspicion, as the shop of petitioner is situated near the Manihari shop. Petitioner has falsely been

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
