2. The petitioner has approached this Court for quashing of resolution dated 30.01.2019 so far as it relates to him and also for permitting him to write the mains examination, even though he is some days short of the minimum age fixed by the Commission.

3. Since the petitioner has not been declared successful in the preliminary examination, his prayer cannot be allowed. The situation would have been different in case the petitioner would have passed the preliminary
