2. State counsel accept notice for respondent nos. 1 to 4. Service of notice to respondent no. 5 is dispensed since no adverse order is passed against her.

3. Petitioner's counsel to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel, if it is not already served.

4. 4th respondent is hereby directed to examine the selection records and so also whether petitioner could be sent for training pursuant to her selection and appointment to the post of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari Center No. 257, Ward No. 2 at

Patna High Court CWJC No.7438 of 2021 dt.10-02-2022 2/2 Ujiyarpur in Village- Mohalla-Chand Chaur, Ramnagar. Thereafter, send the petitioner to undergo training. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified @ Rs. 25,000/-.
