Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per prosecution case, 900 ml of illicit liquor was recovered from scooty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got five criminal
