Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khizersarai PS Case No.246 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as under Section 17 of the CLA Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and the only material transpired during investigation against the petitioner is his confessional statement and some criminal antecedents and the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Navin Sharma is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12477 of 2018(3) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 7th, Gaya in connection with Khijersarai PS Case No.246 of 2015.
