JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 332, 307, 224, 225 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the police went to arrest Md. Ajabul in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 48 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 48 of 2012 when these petitioners being the family members of Md. Ajabul got Md. Ajabul released from the custody of the police. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 04 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
