The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code . The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having committed theft of the motorcycle of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and, in fact, no recovery has been made as far as the present case is concerned. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case upon confessional statement of the co-accused namely, Mantaz Alam. It is further submitted that the said Mantaz Alam has already been granted bail by a co-

It is lastly submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in two other cases, but he is on bail in one of the said cases. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 20.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018.
