====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tandawa P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the prosecution in short is that when the informant was going to his house on a bike and when he arrived near Kanchan Bandh, two unknown miscreants stopped him and the said persons are said to have taken away the bike of the informant on the point of pistol. The police is said to have arrived at the place of occurrence and the said bike was recovered from the possession of other accused person.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has a clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.05.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30790 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Tandawa P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017.
