The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 734 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 20.12.2016 while he had entered the bank for withdrawal of money, he parked the motorcycle in front of the bank and when he returned back, he could not find the motorcycle as it was stolen by someone.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.15464 of 2018(3) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 734 of 2016.
