JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15230 of 2017 with direction to the court below to conclude the trial within a period of one year and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period. It appears that one year period has not expired. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that this application has been renewed on the ground that he has a minor child to look after and further he has to get his mother operated. Petitioner has been in custody since 05.02.2017. Heard learned APP also.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as the prayer for bail of the petitioner was already rejected on merit, at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30158 of 2017 (5) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. However, the liberty given to the petitioner vide order dated 30.03.2017, shall remain intact.
