Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 registered under Sections- 290, 294 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 to 9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17159 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
