At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the State assures the Court that a decision on the objection filed by the petitioner shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than four weeks.

The contention of the learned counsel for the State is acceptable.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of on the assurance given by the learned State Counsel. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
